Delivery Information
Worldwide Delivery
Delivery times apply to items in stock.

Order Dispatch: If your order includes multiple items and at least one is made to order, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Weekday Posting: We only dispatch orders on weekdays. Orders placed after 15:00 on Fridays will be shipped on Monday morning.

Public Holidays: Public holidays may affect delivery dates. We do not deliver on bank holidays. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in our branded jewellery box. All deliveries use a tracked delivery service as follows:
Standard Delivery
  • Cost: Included into the price
  • Time: Delivery takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail or DHL.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Depending on your order value, we will use an appropriate courier. You will receive an email from them with their name, tracking number, and a link to track your package.

Change Delivery Address
You can change your delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us via:

Returns Information28-Day Returns for In-Stock & Made-to-Order Items

All in-stock and made-to-order items can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition. Altered items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. However, if an in-stock or made-to-order item purchased within 28 days is returned, we will refund you. Refunds can take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Discounted Items
All sale or discounted items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.
