Every Zarina Maizel order is prepared and packed by hand. This page explains how shipping, customs and returns work.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within a few business days. Because items are made in small batches, occasional delays can happen — we’ll keep you informed by email.

Shipping

We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown before payment. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances and skincare cannot be returned or exchanged. Complimentary samples are non-returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email zarina.maizel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
