These Terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from the Zarina Maizel brand, operated by Zipple LLC. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

Products

Zarina Maizel fragrances and skincare are made in small batches with natural materials. Because of this, slight variation between batches is normal and is not a defect. Product images are illustrative.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment is completed through our checkout provider, Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable — and will refund any amount already charged.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, customs and returns are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Intellectual property

The Zarina Maizel name, fragrance names, text, images and site design are owned by Zipple LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zipple LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Always read the ingredient list and patch-test before use if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
